            Hello There! Here is all you need to know about our returns and refund policy.

             You can initiate a return up to seven (7) days after delivery with the following conditions:

    · You received a wrong or damaged item.

    · You received a counterfeit item.

RETURN/REFUND PROCEDURE

    · Send a Mail to [email protected] carefully stating the reason for return and also if you’d want a full refund or a better product redelivered to you.

     · Our customer care team will reach out to you for confirmation and assign a dispatch rider to you for pick up.

     · Ensure item to be returned is still in its original packaging with all seals, tags and accessories, if otherwise, return will be invalid.

     · Our dispatch team will attempt pick up twice, if you miss both attempts, return request will be cancelled. Pick up timeline is usually 1-3 business days.

     · Once item is received at our hub, a test to your claim will be carried out, and on confirmation of bad product, a better product will be shipped to you or full refund initiated.

    · In a case of a full refund, it usually takes 7-10 business days. Refunds can either be done via a bank transfer or you can choose TheNairaShop voucher.

   · Kindly note that your item can be re-delivered to you if the reason for return cannot be validated and refund won’t be processed.
